down right Great at what she does! Who is the dynamic person who possesses
all of these qualities and more? She is Denise Jenkins; speaker, trainer,
and founder of Professional Savvy, a training and professional development
consulting company established in 2000.
Denise
Jenkins, a native of Columbus, Ohio, encourages people from all walks
of life to be the very best person one can be; to discover one’s
true gifts and talents in order to achieve real and lasting success—personal
and professional fulfillment. Denise’s own journey of being the
best woman she can be began when she received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Health Administration from Ohio University. She continued
in her educational pursuits and obtained a Master of Science degree
in Education from the University of Dayton.
Upon completion
of her postgraduate education, Denise began training and motivating,
which she has been doing for the past 15 years. Among her many accomplishments,
Denise has successfully coordinated programs that dealt with mental
illness, substance abuse, and violent prevention. She facilitated career
development training and advising at the college level for the county’s
welfare-to-work population and coordinated training and development
for a major corporation. She has worked closely with corporations, churches
and professional organizations to develop presentations and Lunch-n-Learn
training for the busy professional. She has produced an inspirational
CD called, The Power of a Risk Taker. This powerful message will stir
up the energy for anyone to release the Risk Taker in them, in order
to fulfill their purpose and their destiny.
The mission of
Professional Savvy is simple—To provide education and training
to those individuals, organizations and companies that desire to take
their career to another level or improve their professional and personal
success.
As Denise continues
on her journey towards her personal best, she intends to impact all
who come in contact with her—from the boardroom to the inner city,
